After a stint as Art Director for the cultural weekly "ICI Montreal", Pierre-Luc Bouthillier began freelancing, under the name "PLB Design".
Since 1996, he has gained extensive experience working with advertising agencies and collaborating on projects ranging from design of promotional material for theatre companies and stage productions, to professional brochures, posters and flyers for events, identity and logo design, product advertisements, packaging and website design.
In 2009, he launched his online store of eco-conscious T-shirts. Printed in Quebec (Canada) with environment-friendly
water-based inks (durable and high quality).
Eco & Design!
Pierre-Luc's passion for design and concern for the environment have both contributed to his interest in sustainable design.
As a consumer he believes that each small gesture counts and that a more just society can be achieved if intelligent consumption is combined with respect for the environment. As a designer he believes that good design is a fusion of aesthetics and functionality.
